Peter DePass

PETER ALEXANDER DEPASS is an Attorney-At-Law practicing in Kingston, Jamaica. He was admitted to the Jamaica bar in 1991 and graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Laws degree (upper second class honours) in 1988. He is also a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School (1990) and holds a Master of Laws degree in corporate commercial law from university college London, university of London, 1991.

As a sole practitioner, Peter's practice has achieved impressive results by combining considerable legal experience with business acumen and creativity. This combination of skills provides a value-added benefit to clients seeking advice on a wide variety of business activities. Rosemarie Banton

ROSEMARIE BANTON has been providing Legal Secretarial support to Peter DePass’ Law Practice for the past eleven years. She is a trained and certified paralegal. Rosemarie provides tremendous support in preparing and finalizing most of the legal documentation for generated for our client's transactions. She has solid experience in administering the firm’s trademark practice. Her responsibilities also include performing routine clerical and administrative functions, such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining manual and electronic files and providing superior customer care to the firm’s clients.
